As a personal trainer I value continuing education and certification programs which allow me to design comprehensive, completely customized personal training programs for both beginners and advanced athletes.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

1. Free No-Obligation Consultation

Every prospective client receives a no-obligation free consultation!  I will meet with you for approximately one hour to get to know you, your goals, and your perceived limitations.  This is a great opportunity to get to know me, and for me to get to know you!

2. Physical Assessment

If you choose to sign up for personal training, your first session will be a comprehensive physical assessment.  I will test your various physical baselines and assess any injuries, mobility issues, or pain that you may have.  Physical baselines include your capacity for various movements (such as push-ups, etc.) – but do not be alarmed!  As your strength improves, you will be able to look back at the physical assessment and see how far you have come!

3. Personalized Programming

From the information gathered at the assessment, I will custom-tailor a comprehensive program designed precisely with your goals (and injuries) in mind.  Alongside the standard strength and conditioning work that most clients want, my education allows me to also work with my clients in many cases to heal old injuries and increase mobility so that you can enjoy an improved quality of life and live pain-free!

4. In-Person Training

I will work one-on-one with you (or in the case of couples’ training, two/three-on-one) two or three times a week based on your preferred package, guiding you in your fitness journey, and teaching you the correct form and the benefits of various movements.  One of my goals with all of my clients is to educate them in fitness such that they can ultimately progress to training confidently by themselves if they so choose!

5. Accountability and Mindset

By being accountable to your me as your personal trainer, you will be even more motivated to push hard and succeed in your fitness journey!  I am always happy to answer your questions and will ALWAYS encourage you to push hard and succeed in all aspects of your life.  I am a firm believer in positive self-talk and mindset awareness and will coach you not only physically, but mentally as well.

STANDARD

Are you new to the gym environment and looking for an introduction to training?  Would you like to gain muscle, tone up, or lose fat?  This package is perfect for those who would like to learn proper weightlifting form and technique, while also achieving their personal fitness goals.

This package features:

  • 16 one-on-one sessions over 8 weeks
  • Two training sessions a week

$150+HST – physical assessment
$1520+HST – training sessions

Nutrition is an integral component of any training regimen – however this component tends to be overlooked by most individuals.  If you want expedited, fantastic results that hone in on your goals, this add-on is for you.

  • A 12-week nutrition transformation program and recipe guide
  • Weekly weigh-ins to keep you accountable – whether you are aiming to lose weight, or gain muscle

$100+HST

ADVANCED

Don’t let the name fool you – you don’t have to be an advanced weightlifter to take advantage of this package!  This package is perfect for individuals who not only want to learn proper weightlifting technique, but also want to expedite their training results!

Matt will create a personalized program based on your goals to be followed during your sessions.

This package features:

  • 24 one-on-one sessions over 8 weeks
  • THREE training sessions a week

$150+HST – physical assessment
$2280+HST – training sessions

Nutrition is an integral component of any training regimen – however this component tends to be overlooked by most individuals.  If you want expedited, fantastic results that hone in on your goals, this add-on is for you.

  • A 12-week nutrition transformation program and recipe guide
  • Weekly weigh-ins to keep you accountable – whether you are aiming to lose weight, or gain muscle

$100+HST

SMALL GROUP & COUPLES' TRAINING

Do you and a friend or friends want to train together?  Are you and your partner ready for a positive change?  Do you want to lose fat, gain muscle, and improve your health?  Would you like to be a better role models for your children when it comes to your health?  This program is perfect for couples and friends who want to work out together!

Matt will create a personalized training program to be followed during your sessions.  Participants must train during the same session.

This package features:

  • 16 one-on-one sessions over 8 weeks
  • Two training sessions a week

$150+HST – physical assessment

Two People
$1920+HST – ($60+HST/pp; 16 sessions)

Three People
$2400+HST – ($50+HST/pp; 16 sessions)

**Rates are subject to change based on availability.  Please note that clients training at The Wreckroom in Kitchener require a half-price month-to-month gym membership, at only $15/month.  This membership can be cancelled as soon as your training is over, and also allows you to train at The Wreckroom outside of your scheduled sessions.**
